Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice. Accounts with invoices over 45 days old are placed on credit hold without notification. Service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual) will be charged on unpaid balance.

Shipping
• We ship USPS and UPS.
• All shipments will be shipped prepaid with the freight amount added to the invoice.
• All backorders will be shipped when available unless we are instructed otherwise.
• Damaged freight and package shortages are the responsibility of the customer and any damages must be filed with the freight carrier.
• Shipping errors must be reported to Mastercool Ag Air, Inc. within three working days of delivery.
General Warranty
Mastercool Ag Air, Inc. warrants most air conditioning products we sell to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of invoice. The exception is York compressors which have a six (6) month warranty.
• Compressor warranty requirements are outlined in next section below.
• Damaged freight and shortages is the responsibility of the customer and any damages must be filed with the freight carrier.
• There will be no labor or refrigerant reimbursement for losses incurred in the replacement of the warranted product(s).
• All warranty products must be returned to Mastercool Ag Air, Inc. for evaluation before warranty will be issued.
• Products determined to be covered will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
• Product may not be returned in lieu of payment.
• Warranty will only be issued as repaired product, a replacement or credit on open accounts, at our discretion.
• All warranty returns must meet all requirements set forth in the “Returns” section of these policies.
• The product must have been purchased from Mastercool Ag Air, Inc.
• Mastercool Ag Air, Inc. is not responsible for any product returned without an RMA authorization number.
• The product must be returned freight prepaid by customer.
• This warranty does not cover any defects caused by customer misuse, negligence, water, fire, accidental damage, incorrect application, or low voltage.
• Alteration or repair of the product by the customer will void the warranty.
• This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, whether expressed or implied.
Compressor Warranty
• Compressor warranty includes all provisions under the “General Warranty” section of these policies.
• York style compressors have six (6) month warranty, all others have twelve (12) month warranty
• All York style compressors must have a new clutch installed or the warranty will be voided
• An original copy of the repair order must accompany all compressors returned for warranty. The order must show that proper installation procedures were followed as outlined below:
- Check compressor clutch for proper air gap prior to installation.
- Drain all shipping oil from compressor and add proper amount and type per manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Must flush a/c system with approved flush and flushing method.
- Condenser must be replaced following catastrophic compressor failure if parallel flow or serpentine style.
- Hoses containing mufflers must be replaced since they cannot be flushed.
- Must replace receiver drier or accumulator.
- Must replace expansion valve or orifice tube.
- Condenser and radiator must be checked for proper airflow and cleaned or replaced if needed.
- Evacuate system to deep vacuum for 45 minutes.
- System must be charged with R134a or R12 refrigerant. Use of refrigerant blends or hydrocarbon refrigerants of any kind are unacceptable and will void warranty.
• This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, whether expressed or implied.
General Returns
• Mastercool Ag Air, Inc. accepts returns on most products in new and resalable condition within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
• Electrical components must be returned in unopened packaging.
• All special order returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or must have an offsetting order for at least the amount of the return.
• A 15% repackage fee will be added for products with damaged packaging.
• All returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form. This can be obtained by calling us at 785-479-5918. All returns are subject to review and acceptance prior to return.
• RGA number must be clearly identified on outside of product packaging and copy of original invoice must be included.

• All warranty returns must be pre-approved and given a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before returning.
• RGA number must be clearly identified on outside of product packaging and copy of original invoice must be included.

• Product denied warranty by Mastercool Ag Air, Inc., will be returned only by written request of customer and freight collect. Unclaimed product will be discarded after thirty (30) days.
